1. Store Information

The store is operated under the trade name PAVIS COUTURE by Pavithra [ADD FULL LEGAL NAME], from [DOOR NUMBER, STREET AND AREA], Jolarpet, Tirupattur District, Tamil Nadu 635851, India. Customer enquiries and order administration may be handled from Bengaluru, while packing and dispatch are completed by our authorised fulfilment team in Jolarpet. 2. Eligibility and Customer Information

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract or use the website under the supervision of a parent or lawful guardian. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current order, contact, billing, and delivery information. You are responsible for checking the items, size, colour, quantity, address, and phone number before confirming an order.

3. Products and Availability

Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted. We may limit quantities, correct genuine listing errors, withdraw products, or cancel an order where stock is unavailable. Product images are illustrative; reasonable colour, print-placement, texture, or measurement variations may occur as explained in our Product Terms. These provisions do not excuse a materially incorrect or defective product.

4. Prices, Taxes, and Shipping Charges

Prices are shown in Indian rupees. Applicable taxes will be included in or displayed with the price as required. Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment—currently ₹60 within Tamil Nadu and ₹130 for other serviceable Indian states, unless a different rate or promotion is clearly displayed.

We may change prices and promotions prospectively. A completed order will not be repriced except where there is an obvious and genuine technical error, in which case we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, including cancellation and refund where applicable.

5. Payments

The payment methods available at checkout may include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and supported wallets through Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is not offered. Your order is confirmed only after the payment status is successfully verified. Never disclose an OTP, PIN, CVV, UPI PIN, or complete card credentials to anyone claiming to represent us.

6. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that an order has been finally accepted. Acceptance occurs when we confirm the order for fulfilment or dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including stock unavailability, failed payment verification, suspected fraud, inability to service the destination, or a genuine technical pricing/listing error. Any amount received for a cancelled order will be refunded as applicable.

Customers may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting us. After dispatch, the Return, Exchange & Refund Policy applies.

7. Shipping and Delivery

We generally process orders within 1–2 business days and use ST Courier or another suitable carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed deadlines. Customers must provide a complete serviceable address and remain available for delivery calls. Risk and legal responsibilities relating to transit will be determined according to applicable law; we will assist with verified loss or damage claims.

8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing in our policies limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

9. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with checkout or security, scrape content unlawfully, impersonate another person, submit false information, conduct fraudulent transactions, or use the website in violation of law or third-party rights.

10. Intellectual Property

The Pavi’s Couture name, logo, website design, product photographs, videos, text, graphics, and other original content are owned by or licensed to us. You may use the website for personal shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, alter, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

11. Reviews and Customer Content

If you submit a review, image, video, or testimonial, you confirm that it is truthful, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights. We may moderate content that is abusive, fraudulent, irrelevant, or unlawful. We will not present fake reviews as genuine customer opinions.

We will not use a private customer image or message in public marketing without appropriate permission.

12. Third-Party Services

The website uses third-party services such as Shopify, Razorpay, and courier providers. Their separate terms may apply to services they provide directly. We are not responsible for an independent third-party service beyond obligations imposed on us by applicable law, but we will assist customers with order-related problems within our control.

13. Disclaimer and Limitation

We seek to keep product and website information accurate and the service available, but temporary errors, interruptions, or delays may occur. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable and did not result from our breach.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, defective products, breach of statutory consumer rights, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We encourage customers to contact our grievance officer first so we can attempt a prompt resolution. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law and a consumer’s right to approach a competent forum, the competent courts in Tirupattur District, Tamil Nadu will have jurisdiction.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms prospectively to reflect changes in the store, services, or law. The current version and effective date will be posted on the website. The terms applicable when an order was placed will generally govern that order unless a change is legally required.
